How do I track my package?

You will be emailed a tracking number once your gift is posted. If you have no received this, please contact us.

I placed an order but have not received a confirmation email

Please contact us on the above email - this may be just a system error but we will ensure your order is in for processing

I want to send multiple gifts different addresses; how do I check out?

Multiple orders are no problem at all! You can either check out individually or if you would like to make the most of our discounts for larger orders, Please contact us at sales@statementpiecegifting.com with your request and we can process an invoice.
No order is too big or too small

Is the postage costing per hamper?

Yes, postage flat rate is calculated per gift.

5+ gifts to the one address is FREE.

For gifting at multiple addresses, please check out per hamper.
For large orders, please contact us and we can process your order.
